An Awesome Puzzle-Platformer
Crap. My first review didnt get through. Oh well. Ill cut to the chase.
This game is really innovative. The base mechanic of sliding the panels of the world around works like a treat. Now add gravity-shifting and switch-flipping that depends on the panels adjacency to each other to the mix, and you get a pretty mind-bending experience. At first, jumping is a little weird, and Worlds 1 and 2 are a bit slow to introduce new mechanics, but once you get to World 3 the gravity-shifting adds a whole new level of complexity to the types of puzzles available. Im currently on World 5, and Im still having a blast.
If youre looking for a puzzle game that utilizes the touch screen and motion-sensing capabilities to their fullest without crowding the screen with silly buttons or introducing baffling controls (you know, like shooters with tilt-based turning), look no further. This game definitely has the chops to be among the best puzzle games of the year.
